Software & platform experience.

Here's the software I work with regularly. This isn't a certification list or a complete inventory. If you don't see something here, ask. I'm not a reseller or partner of any of these platforms, which means there's no financial reason for me to recommend one over another.

How licensing works.

I provide consulting, implementation, and support services only. All software licensing agreements are handled directly between you and the vendor or an authorized reseller.

Don't see your software?

Ask. The list isn't exhaustive.

This list captures the platforms I've worked with most often. There are dozens more I've touched, and new ones I'd be happy to learn for the right engagement. Your operation matters more than my familiarity with a specific vendor.

What matters is whether the platform can do what you need, whether it'll integrate with the software you already use, and whether it's worth the cost. Those are the questions I can help with regardless of brand.

Ask about your software

No referral fees. No platform kickbacks.

I don't sell software, take referral fees, or have any financial arrangement with the platforms above. My incentive is to recommend what's right for your business, even when "right" means a free tool over a paid one.

Platforms FAQ

Questions about the software list.

Do you only work with the software on this list?
Not at all. This list covers the platforms I work with most often. There are dozens more I've touched, and I'm happy to learn new tools for the right engagement. If you don't see your software here, ask.

Do you have any vendor partnerships or referral arrangements?
No. I don't sell software, take referral fees, or have any financial arrangement with the platforms listed here. My only incentive is to recommend what's right for your business, even when that means a free tool over a paid one.

Can you help us choose between two platforms we're considering?
Yes, that's one of the most common things I help with. I'll look at your workflow, your current software, your team's technical comfort level, and what you're actually trying to accomplish, then give you a straight read on which fits better.

What if we already have software that isn't working the way we need it to?
That's actually more common than starting fresh. Most of the time the software isn't the problem. It just wasn't set up for how your business actually runs. I'll assess what you have before recommending anything new.

Have software you want a second opinion on?

Bring me the software you're using, the software you're considering, or just a vague sense that something isn't working. I'll give you a straight read.
